About The Position

Top of the Rock at Rockefeller Center is seeking professional, customer-focused Hosts to support peak season operations. As a Host, you will be the first impression and lasting memory of each visit, setting the tone, guiding the guest journey, and ensuring every interaction reflects the elevated standards of this iconic destination. Requirements

Outgoing, enthusiastic personality with a genuine passion for guest service
Consistent professionalism and polished demeanor

Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
Team player mentality with a positive attitude
Comfort working in changing climate conditions and high-altitude floors
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime during peak seasons
Walking and standing for a significant portion of the shift
Ability to work throughout all areas of the attraction, including elevated floors

Responsibilities

Meet, greet, and interact with guests in a professional, friendly, and welcoming manner
Provide directions throughout the attraction to maintain smooth guest flow
Share safety information and helpful insights about Top of the Rock, Rockefeller Center, and NYC
Admit ticket holders using wireless admission terminals
Load guests into elevators and manage traffic flow at high-visibility areas
Identify and resolve guest flow challenges in partnership with leadership
Actively listen and respond thoughtfully to guest inquiries
