Responsibilities

Serve as a hospitality and service subject matter expert
Ensure a remarkable dining experience for all guests by fostering a welcoming and efficient atmosphere.
Set team goals, share scores visually, and celebrate accomplishments
Develop efficient front-of-house processes and procedures and effectively communicate them with the team
Partner with leadership team to ensure team members are properly trained on Chick-fil-A’s hospitality models (CORE 4, 2nd Mile Service, Guest Recovery)
Provide feedback and coaching to front-of-house team members and leaders
Address and respond to customer comments (CARES) within 24 hours
