About The Position

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Hospitality Cashier / Valet Attendant to join our team on a part-time, on-call basis. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced hospitality environment, delivering outstanding guest service, and maintaining professionalism at all times. Candidates must be flexible with scheduling and available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Requirements

Prior cashiering experience, including processing credit card transactions, required.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling payments.
Dependable, responsible, and punctual.
Positive attitude and willingness to work.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must have a clean driving record and successfully meet Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) requirements.
Valid driver's license required.

Nice To Haves

Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet guests in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
Provide valet parking services while ensuring the safe handling of guest vehicles.
Accurately process cash, credit card, and electronic payment transactions.
Issue receipts and maintain accurate cashier records.
Assist guests with directions, information, and hospitality-related requests.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area.
Follow company procedures regarding cash handling and vehicle operations.
Ensure exceptional customer service and a positive guest experience.
Adhere to all safety and operational guidelines.
