Requirements
- 3–5 years of prior serving experience in a casual fine dining or hospitality setting preferred
- Strong customer service skills in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Bartender’s license or willingness to obtain upon hire
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to residents and guests
- Communicate menu items, daily specials, and make knowledgeable recommendations
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, enter them into the system, and deliver meals promptly
- Anticipate guest needs, ensure satisfaction, and resolve concerns in a timely manner
- Assist with light food preparation, including salads, condiments, and beverage service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization using clean-as-you-go practices
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and infection control guidelines
