About The Position

This is a senior leadership role within a small, ambitious restaurant group that owns The Woolworth, Uno Mas Tex Mex, and Stay Darlin'. The Director of Operations will drive day-to-day operations and lead strategic growth across both locations. This role requires a hands-on approach, including working in the stores and pulling shifts to build respect. The ideal candidate is a natural problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic environment and can establish structure and process, including building training and development structures.

Requirements

• Full-service restaurant experience is required.
• Must be able to work in the stores and pull shifts.
• Must be able to build respect through side-by-side work.
• Must be a leader who gets things done, on time, every time.
• Must have a work ethic that matches intelligence.
• Must be a natural problem-solver who thrives in chaos.
• Must understand structure and process.
