About The Position

Opensity Solutions is seeking a service-driven, energetic, and professional Corporate Hospitality Associate to support a high-profile corporate client in downtown Chicago. This is an excellent opportunity for hospitality professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy creating exceptional guest experiences, and take pride in delivering white-glove service. This highly active position supports a 10-floor corporate office and requires candidates to be on their feet throughout the day, averaging 15,000+ steps daily.

Requirements

  • Previous hospitality, hotel, restaurant, catering, conference services, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds.
  • Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods and working in a physically active environment.
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and a proactive approach to guest service.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and break down conference rooms and event spaces according to client specifications.
  • Arrange tables, chairs, presentation materials, and event supplies.
  • Restore spaces to their original condition following meetings and events.
  • Coordinate catering setups and beverage stations.
  • Refresh food displays, replenish supplies, and maintain presentation standards.
  • Provide attentive service to employees, clients, and guests throughout events.
  • Stock and organize pantry and kitchen areas.
  • Assist with daily kitchen closing procedures and weekly refrigerator cleanouts.
  • Ensure hospitality areas remain organized, clean, and fully supplied.
  • Welcome guests with professionalism and warmth.
  • Anticipate needs and provide proactive solutions.
  • Deliver a best-in-class hospitality experience at every interaction.
  • Maintain meeting rooms, common areas, and hospitality spaces.
  • Ensure all areas consistently meet corporate and hospitality standards.
