Performs setup of tables in the dining room and conference room. Takes food orders from guests/members. Provides information on menu items. Brings water, bread, food and beverages to the tables. Acts as a liaison between guests and kitchen staff. Performs cleaning duties including dishes, fridges, dishwashers, counters, coffee equipment, laundering of tablecloths, linen, towels, cleaning of floors and washrooms, etc. Assists supervisor with restocking inventory in kitchen and fridges. Takes reservations over the phone.
