About The Position

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and oversee catering and beverage setups for meetings, ensuring presentation standards are met before delivery to boardrooms
  • Manage boardroom bookings and coordinate catering components through the firm's event management system
  • Keep all boardrooms clean, well-stocked, and in good condition throughout the day, flagging any damages or maintenance needs
  • Ensure kitchens and common areas are maintained to firm standards, including appliances, supplies, and general cleanliness
  • Monitor and replenish inventory of food, beverages, and office supplies on a regular basis, placing orders as needed
  • Liaise with external vendors and maintain professional working relationships
  • Respond to requests from staff regarding hospitality and office services
  • Provide reception coverage as needed
