About The Position

Dignity Health Medical Group – Dominican, a physician-led, patient-centered organization, is seeking a full-time Hospitalist to join our well-established, collegial team in beautiful Santa Cruz, California. This opportunity will be based at Dominican Hospital. The role offers a collaborative, supportive team environment with strong physician leadership. The position is in an open ICU with no procedures or codes required, though optional procedures are available if desired. The role involves a blend of rounding and admitting/swing shifts, with additional admitting/swing shifts available for extra compensation. There is an emphasis on quality of care and physician autonomy, with opportunities to precept and mentor APPs and residents.

Requirements

• MD or DO
• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Internal Medicine (ABMS or AOA)
• California Medical License (or eligibility to obtain)
• Completion of accredited Internal Medicine residency
