About The Position

The Allegheny Health Network (AHN) is seeking Hospitalists to join its growing team. Join an Integrated Delivery Network focused on preserving healthcare choice and providing affordable, high-quality care to the people in our communities. Opportunities are available for daylight and nocturnists within Pittsburgh and the surrounding area.

Requirements

• Completion of ACGME-approved Internal Medicine Residency
• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Internal Medicine
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)
• Licensed in the state of Pennsylvania prior to employment start date

Responsibilities

• Provides admissions, subsequent visits, discharges, consultations and house coverage
• Teaches Residents and House Staff as necessary at academic centers
• No procedures or vent management
• Broad specialty consultation is available
• Quaternary care referral center
