About The Position

ERx Clinical Partners is seeking an experienced Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the team at North Valley Hospital, a critical access hospital in beautiful North Central Washington. This is an excellent opportunity for an APP looking for a manageable patient census, schedule flexibility, and the chance to practice in a supportive rural hospital setting. The position offers a broad scope of practice with more opportunities for procedural medicine, professional growth and leadership, and reduced burnout. It provides an opportunity to serve the underserved with a flexible schedule that includes longer shifts and more days for family and adventure.

Requirements

• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Hospitalist or inpatient medicine experience preferred
• Comfortable practicing in a critical access hospital environment
• Eligible for Washington license
• Current ACLS. BLS, ATLS, and PALS certifications

Nice To Haves

• Hospitalist or inpatient medicine experience

Responsibilities

• Manage a manageable patient census of approximately 9 patients per day.
• Work in an active swing-bed program.
• Practice in a low acuity environment with tertiary care transfer support.
• Assist in the Emergency Department as volumes and inpatient census allow.
• Practice broad-spectrum hospital medicine.
