About The Position

A leading global medical device company is seeking a high-performing Territory Manager to join its growing sales team in Minnesota. This organization is recognized for delivering innovative, non-invasive technologies that improve patient care and hospital support outcomes. Their products are considered the gold standard in the industry, backed by strong clinical data and best-in-class performance. The Territory Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing key hospital accounts throughout Minnesota. This individual will build strong clinical and administrative relationships while promoting a portfolio of industry-leading diagnostic products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 3 years of successful medical device sales experience
  • Prior hospital sales experience required
  • Documented track record of sales success, including awards, rankings, or quota achievement

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a designated hospital-based sales territory throughout Minnesota
  • Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, clinicians, hospital leadership, and key decision-makers
  • Drive product adoption through clinical education, in-servicing, and consultative selling
  • Execute strategic territory plans to exceed revenue targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts
  • Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, competitive products, and clinical data
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support customer success
  • Travel throughout the territory as needed
