About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer for a site in Alexandria, Louisiana. The role has a strong customer-service focus and involves engaging with visitors and others, helping them feel welcome and confident, and protecting people and property. The posting offers two 40-hour-per-week schedule options: Wednesday through Sunday, 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.; or Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. The hourly wage is $18. Employment is contingent on successful completion of a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Have a valid driver's license.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process, as well as a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.
• Have exceptional customer-service skills.
• Have basic phone and computer skills.
• Have a state license if required.

Nice To Haves

• Security, military, or law enforcement experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identities, and guide them.
• Manage access control.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Help ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
