About The Position
Under the general direction of the Director of Support Services and the direct supervision of the Lead Security Receptionist, this role provides friendly, competent, and professional reception services in an efficient and timely manner to all patients, visitors, and staff at the hospital lobbies.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
Responsibilities
- Greets and assists all patients, visitors and staff with way-finding, information and other requests in a friendly, capable and professional manner.
- Monitors hospital lobbies (including entryways and adjoining common space); promptly addresses and reports safety, security, housekeeping, customer service and other concerns that may negatively impact patients, visitors and staff.
- Maintains an efficient, professional workspace including: lobby desks, entryways and common spaces.
- Initiates and maintains communication with other reception positions; is liaison with on- duty Security Staff to communicate relevant information.
