This role involves supporting inpatient pharmacy operations and clinical services, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring safe medication use and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Active California Pharmacist License in good standing
- Recent inpatient hospital pharmacy experience required
- Epic experience within the last year required
- Cerner experience required
Responsibilities
- Review and verify medication orders
- Support inpatient pharmacy operations and clinical services
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff
- Ensure safe medication use and regulatory compliance
- Maintain accurate pharmacy documentation and records
