About The Position
UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh is seeking a Full-Time Pharmacist to join our pharmacy team on a steady evening schedule. Join a nationally recognized pediatric health system and help deliver exceptional care to children and their families while enjoying a consistent weekday schedule.
Requirements
- PharmD or equivalent degree.
- Current Pennsylvania pharmacist license or eligibility for licensure.
- Pharmacist License
- Clearances with Renewal: Act 31, 33, 34, & 73
Nice To Haves
- Hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
- Pediatric experience preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Review and verify medication orders.
- Ensure safe and accurate dispensing of medications.
- Provide drug information and clinical consultation to healthcare providers.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
- Support medication safety and quality initiatives.
