About The Position

We are seeking dedicated and collaborative Hospitalists to join our team at a Level I Trauma Center with strong in-house specialty support and a closed ICU model. Opportunities are available for both Day Hospitalists and Nocturnists, offering flexible schedules, manageable patient volumes, and innovative tools to enhance clinical efficiency. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a collaborative, high-acuity environment while maintaining flexibility, efficiency, great team culture, and strong clinical support.

Requirements

Full-time opportunities
Minimum of 2 weekends per month
Approximately 5 calls per month
Experience with a starting census of 14-15 patients
Experience with 1-2 admissions during daytime round-robin
Proficiency in or willingness to train in non-procedural POCUS
Experience with advanced AI-powered tools such as Regard and DAX Copilot
Experience with Fully Integrated EHR (Epic)
Must be able to practice in a tobacco-free environment
