About The Position

We are seeking dedicated and collaborative Hospitalists to join our team. Opportunities are available for both Day Hospitalists and Nocturnists, offering flexible schedules, manageable patient volumes, and innovative tools to enhance clinical efficiency. Requirements

  • Provider Specialty: Hospital Medicine
  • Must be able to work Day, Swing, Nights and Flex hours
  • Must be able to work flexible block scheduling (e.g., 7 on / 7 off, 5 on / 5 off)
  • Must be able to work in Open and Closed ICU models depending on locations
  • Must be able to work with clearly defined service line agreements with specialists
  • Must be able to work in a tobacco-free environment

Responsibilities

  • Rounding (Monday–Friday)
  • Run codes (supported by ICU team)
  • Utilize advanced AI-powered tools such as Regard and DAX Copilot to streamline documentation and improve workflow efficiency
