About The Position
Join our dynamic Hospital Medicine team at Lahey Clinic, a part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, as a skilled and experienced Advanced Practitioner. Work one-on-one with a team of physicians, providing varied medical services. Responsibilities include rounding, admissions, and cross-coverage for inpatients. Assess and manage acute and chronic illnesses, develop treatment plans, and counsel patients and families. Be part of a leading healthcare system in Massachusetts, working within a system known for high-quality care. Work in a 370-bed tertiary care facility with an outpatient clinic and a new 43-bed Emergency Department (Level I Trauma Center). The ideal location is Burlington, MA, which offers excellent schools, cultural activities, and easy access to Boston and New England's attractions. Lahey Clinic is conveniently located just north of Boston.
Requirements
- 1+ year of Advanced Practice experience in Hospital Medicine, Critical Care, or related field.
- Nurse Practitioners: Graduate of a Masters Program in Nursing
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
- Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Certification is required
- Physician Assistant: Graduate of an accredited Physician Program
- Documentation of registration for next NCCPA Board administration or successful completion of NCCPA Board.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
