Hospital Medical Leader (DVM) and/or Experienced Associate Veterinarian

The Hospital Medical Leader at Vetco Total Care Hospital ensures the highest level of patient care and client experience, drives continuous improvement in clinical skills, and cultivates a supportive, respectful, and collaborative work culture. This role involves reviewing hospital P&L and partnering with medical and operations field leaders to drive hospital performance, efficiency, and exceptional care quality. Vetco Total Care hospitals are equipped with advanced technology to support a wide range of procedures, from routine care to complex surgeries. Requirements
- DVM and/or Experienced Associate Veterinarian
- Ability to practice true autonomous medicine.
- Ability to utilize all experience and skills and continue to learn.
- Ability to build relationships with pet parents and model respect and empathy.
- Support of local medical directors and a team of licensed and trained veterinary technicians and assistants.
