About The Position

Greencross Vets GP + Urgent Care Noosa is seeking an experienced Hospital Manager to lead the operational success of their growing hospital. This role involves working closely with the Veterinary Director and leadership team to drive performance, develop people, shape culture, and ensure an exceptional experience for clients and patients. The hospital operates a unique GP + Urgent Care model, offering same-day veterinary care for pets needing immediate attention, bridging the gap between general practice and emergency care. The facility features extended hours, modern amenities, and a dedicated team.
