About The Position

Cologne Animal Hospital is seeking a Hospital Manager to provide strong, on-site leadership and operational oversight for our hospital. This is a unique opportunity for a driven, people-focused leader to partner closely with the Chief of Staff and Regional Leadership to deliver exceptional patient care, client service, and team support. As Hospital Manager, you will oversee daily operations while driving strategic growth and team development. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring the hospital runs smoothly, staff feel supported, and clients receive the highest level of care. This position blends leadership, operational execution, and business management, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• Leadership or management experience required
• Proven ability to lead teams (10+ employees)
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Financial acumen and comfort working with metrics/KPIs
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment

• Veterinary, medical, or service industry experience strongly preferred
