About The Position

Prime Healthcare is seeking a full-time Hospital Maintenance Technician for the Plant Operations Department at Southern Regional Medical Center in Riverdale, Georgia. The position is a day shift, with hours from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

The technician maintains accurate logs on hospital equipment and helps provide a safe working environment. Duties include maintaining and repairing equipment and systems such as mechanical, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, plant maintenance, and medical gas systems. Driving may be required for company business.

Requirements

• Able to troubleshoot and read schematics and/or blueprints.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• At least 2 years of experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate logs on all hospital equipment.
• Provide a safe working environment.
• Maintain and repair mechanical, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, plant maintenance, and medical gas equipment and systems.
• Drive as needed for company business.
