About The Position

Baptist Health, recognized as a top place to work in health care, is seeking a Hospital Housekeeper to join their Environmental Services team at Baptist Beaches. This role is crucial for maintaining a safe and healthy environment for patients, visitors, and staff. The position utilizes state-of-the-art UV Disinfection Technology, including UV Robotic Machines, to break down germs before manual cleaning, enhancing protection for everyone. The role is PRN (as needed) with various shifts available.

Requirements

• 1-2 years Environmental Services Experience
• High School Diploma Preferred

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of cleaning duties as assigned, including janitorial and custodial services.
• Sweeps, mops, dusts, and sanitizes various areas such as offices, bathrooms, patient rooms, non-patient areas, procedure rooms, and common waiting areas.
• Maintains all cleaning supplies in accordance with OSHA requirements.
• Maintains a friendly and professional attitude.
• Follows safety and security protocols.
• May perform other duties as required.
