Hospital Housekeeper Full-time - Sign-on Bonus
About The Position
Xanitos, Inc. is hiring full-time Environmental Service Hospital Housekeepers at Turkey Creek Medical Center in Farragut/Knoxville, Tennessee. The role may be assigned to any location on the client premises and is responsible for cleaning and maintaining orderly facilities in a health care campus. Responsibilities may vary by account based on business needs, client requirements, and applicable industry standards. The posted hourly rate is $15.00, and a $400 sign-on bonus is distributed in two installments. A second-shift schedule is listed as 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., with rotational weekend and holiday work. Part-time schedules are also available, with part-time employees scheduled up to three days per week. The position requires following basic written and verbal instructions in English. Janitorial industry experience and medical cleaning experience are a plus. A post-offer medical screening, background screening, and drug test are required. The work involves frequent standing and walking, use of hands and arms, and frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling of up to 50 pounds. Employees may be exposed to fumes or airborne particles and, occasionally, work near moving mechanical parts. Possible exposure to chemicals may require special clothing or safety equipment. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Clean and polish lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
- Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas.
- Sweep and/or vacuum floors.
- Dust furniture and equipment.
- Polish metalwork.
- Wash walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills.
- Empty wastebaskets and transport trash and waste to the disposal area.
- Replenish bathroom supplies.
- Transport small equipment or tools between departments.
