About The Position

Xanitos, Inc. is hiring part-time Environmental Service Hospital Housekeepers for the first shift at Flagstaff Medical Center in Flagstaff, Arizona. The role may be assigned to any location on the client’s premises and is responsible for cleaning and maintaining an orderly healthcare campus. Responsibilities may vary by account based on business needs, client requirements, and applicable industry standards.

The schedule is 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., 24 hours per week across three 8-hour shifts, including rotational weekends and holidays. The hourly pay rate is $19.05. Qualified candidates may receive immediate offers.

Requirements

• Complete post-offer medical screening, background screening, and drug testing.
• Ability to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
• Ability to climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear.
• Ability to work in a standing position for long periods.
• Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Visual abilities include close, distance, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus, with or without corrective lenses.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the janitorial industry.
• Medical cleaning experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean and polish lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
• Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas.
• Sweep and/or vacuum floors.
• Dust furniture and equipment.
• Polish metalwork.
• Wash walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills.
• Empty wastebaskets and transport trash and waste to the disposal area.
• Replenish bathroom supplies.
• Transport small equipment or tools between departments.
