About The Position

Xanitos is hiring full-time Environmental Service Hospital Housekeepers for the first shift at Northeast Regional Medical Center in Kirksville, Missouri. The role may be assigned to any location on the client’s premises and is responsible for cleaning and maintaining orderly facilities in a healthcare campus. Duties may vary based on business needs, client requirements, and applicable industry standards. The schedule is 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with rotational weekends, and the hourly pay rate is $15.00.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Complete the required post-offer medical screening, background screening, and drug test.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the janitorial industry.
• Medical cleaning experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean and polish lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
• Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas.
• Sweep and/or vacuum floors.
• Dust furniture and equipment.
• Polish metalwork.
• Wash walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills.
• Empty wastebaskets and transport trash and waste to the disposal area.
• Replenish bathroom supplies.
• Transport small equipment or tools between departments.
