What You’ll Do As a Management Analyst II, you’ll be an essential partner to program and financial teams, helping manage contracts, budgets, and procurement processes with accuracy and efficiency. Your work will directly support operational excellence and responsible stewardship of public resources.

Requirements

  • Eight (8) years of education, training, and/or experience in analyzing, evaluating, and/or experience analyzing, evaluating, and/or developing improvements to organizational and/or managerial systems, programs, and practices.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the drafting and coordination of contracts for RPC and DDPC
  • Partner with program staff to develop and support Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
  • Oversee contract amendments and ensure compliance throughout the lifecycle
  • Collaborate with Financial Managers to ensure proper contract allocation and funding determinations
  • Work closely with the Division of Contract Management (DCM) to implement contracts effectively
  • Review contracts, RFPs, and reports for accuracy and completeness
  • Analyze financial data across multiple systems to support reconciliations and reporting
  • Monitor contract budgets and identify discrepancies or amendment needs
  • Train staff on state procurement and contracting processes
  • Resolve financial or processing issues in coordination with the DHHS Service Center
  • Process and approve invoices in a timely manner
  • Contribute to additional operational priorities as needed
