About The Position
Hospice volunteers are needed in Copley, Ohio, to support patients and their families in Summit County and surrounding areas. This role offers a variety of volunteer activities aimed at providing comfort and support. Volunteers will engage in activities such as sitting with patients to offer companionship, playing games, and providing a friendly presence. They will also make phone calls to check on patients and their families, create handmade items like blankets and quilts for patients, and support bereaved families through assistance with mailings, phone calls, and in-home grief support visits. This is an unpaid, volunteer position.

Responsibilities
