A Spirit Hospice Team Manager is part organizer, part problem-solver, part “how did you catch that before anyone else did?” kind of person. This role is perfect for someone who wants to make a real impact in hospice care while working in a supportive office environment. You’ll play a key part in making sure our nurses and leadership team have everything they need to care for patients and families without needing to be in the field yourself. Your days might include managing communications, creating the agenda for our biweekly physician meetings, ordering supplies, managing documentation, and uploading records. We work hard, we stay organized, and we genuinely enjoy each other. Expect teamwork, plenty of communication, snacks in the breakroom, and a group of people who actually like coming to work.
