The Team Coordinator's attention to detail and commitment to excellence enables nurses, social workers, chaplains, and providers to focus on patient support. As the administrative backbone of the interdisciplinary team, the Team Coordinator manages schedules, organizes communication, and ensures clinical documentation is accurate, timely, and accessible. Responsibilities include preparing for meetings, maintaining patient records, coordinating supplies and equipment, and responding quickly to needs. This role provides structure, keeping the team aligned and empowered to serve patients with excellence, thereby protecting the continuity of care and supporting the mission of helping people live life to the fullest.
