Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent professional Experience is required
• Nursing Or related Field
• Basic Life Support
• RN License in Iowa required at time of hire. Illinois required within 12 months
• Valid Drivers license, Auto insurance – Genesis minimum limits required
• More than 2 years experience in Hospice Agency.
• Must possess progressive supervisory or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides overall supervision of personnel and service operations for the Hospice House and Community Based Hospice program across 24 hours.
• Ensures compliance with agency policies and procedures, preparation for compliance with regulatory agencies, identification of program development needs and assists in implementation.
• Actively participates in quality monitoring performance improvement activities.
• Responsible for productivity management, new staff orientation, and ensuring compliance of staff with identified clinical skill.
