Hospice RN Case Manager Small Caseloads, Meaningful Relationships, Extraordinary Lifestyle Balance At Grand County Hospice, a program of Moab Regional Hospital, we provide what our team calls boutique hospice care —deeply personal, relationship-centered care that allows nurses the time and flexibility to truly support patients and families during one of life's most important transitions. This is a salaried, full-time, benefited position, eligible for overtime. Schedule: Flexible four-day schedule with 10-hour shifts (Monday-Friday) with rotating evening and weekend on-call responsibilities.
