About The Position
Custom Hospice is hiring a full-time Hospice Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, personalized care to patients and support their families through end-of-life challenges. The role focuses on comfort, symptom management, dignity, and emotional support. The nurse collaborates with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to develop personalized care plans, educates patients and families, and coordinates and administers medical treatments. Requirements
- Active registered nursing license.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
- Associate's degree in Nursing required.
- Genuine passion for caring for individuals facing end-of-life challenges.
