About The Position

Providence at Home with Compassus is hiring a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager for its Portland-Gorge OR Hospice location. This full-time role works weekdays on the night shift and is part of a bargaining unit covered by a collective bargaining agreement. The nurse helps patients spend quality time with loved ones and participate in activities they enjoy, builds trusting relationships with patients and families, educates caregivers, and collaborates with the care team to provide comfort, peace, and dignity.

Requirements

RN license in the state where the employee works.
Two years of experience as a registered nurse.
Current driver's license.
Current CPR and BCLS certification.

Hospice experience preferred.
