About The Position

This is a life-changing work opportunity for a Hospice Nurse where relationship-based care, teamwork, and purpose are paramount. As a Hospice Nurse, you will be a "teacher" for patients and families, helping them identify personal goals of care and empowering caregivers. You will specialize in symptom management, requiring excellence in assessment and critical thinking. As a Float RN, you will have the unique opportunity to care for a variety of patients, complete admissions, and provide team support during coverage needs. Care is provided wherever patients call home, including private residences, nursing homes, group homes, or assisted living facilities.

Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years of nursing experience preferred
Experience in home health, hospice, or acute care strongly preferred
Current Colorado RN license maintained throughout employment
Current CPR certification maintained throughout employment
Valid Colorado driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to navigate emotional or high-stress situations with professionalism and compassion
Experience with EHR systems and Microsoft Office applications
