Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be literate and able to maintain simple records, in English.
• Must have a criminal background check.
• Must be able to adequately hear on the telephone, with no more than an amplifier.
• Must be able to communicate both verbally and in writing, in English.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a Home Healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and receive all intake information for all paraprofessional cases.
• Enter appropriate information into the computer system.
• Complete intake forms and appropriately route them for admission approval.
• Assist in scheduling appropriately skilled personnel to fill cases.
• Input scheduling information on the computer.
• Continue to assist in the coordination of scheduling.
• Take telephone referral information.
• Perform all other assigned duties.
