This position is located in the office at the Girard Branch and operates during business hours of Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Must be literate and able to maintain simple records, in English.
• Must have a criminal background check.
• Must be able to adequately hear on the telephone, with no more than an amplifier and be able to communicate both verbally and in writing, in English.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a Home Healthcare setting, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, receive all intake information for all paraprofessional cases, and enter the appropriate information in the computer.
• Complete intake forms and appropriately route them for admission approval.
• Assist in the scheduling of appropriately skilled person to fill the case, input scheduling information on the computer, and continue to assist in the coordination of the scheduling.
• Take telephone referral information.
• All other duties assigned.
