Endeavor Hospice has served the community with integrity and compassion, supporting patients and families through hospice care, providing in-home support services for seniors, and partnering with the DDD community through our HCBS division.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in medical records or healthcare administration
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • A professional, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
  • Current CPR certification

Nice To Haves

  • Direct Hospice Intake or home health experience

Responsibilities

  • Professionally manage all incoming calls and swiftly process referrals.
  • Efficiently coordinate and schedule patient evaluations.
  • Verify all Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance benefits, including securing necessary authorizations.
  • Create, manage, and maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) and assemble all patient medical records and admission documents with precision.
  • Ensure smooth coordination by communicating proactively with referral sources and community partners.
  • Provide essential clerical and administrative support to maintain seamless organizational operations.
  • Uphold full compliance with all Medicare, State, Federal, and accreditation standards.
