About The Position

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring an Executive Director for an established hospice organization in Stockbridge, Georgia. This is a full-time executive leadership position focused on hospice operations. The role involves leading an established hospice branch serving approximately 100 patients, directing operations, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and strategic growth initiatives. The Executive Director will guide an experienced interdisciplinary leadership team focused on quality patient care and drive census growth while maintaining operational excellence. The position reports directly to the organization's Governing Body.

Requirements

Minimum Two Years Of Hospice Leadership Experience REQUIRED
Bachelor's Degree REQUIRED
Strong Knowledge Of Medicare Hospice Certification Requirements REQUIRED
Experience Leading Hospice Operations, Compliance, Budgeting, And Growth REQUIRED
Excellent Leadership, Communication, And Conflict Resolution Skills REQUIRED
