About The Position

Concho Hearts Hospice is seeking an experienced Hospice Executive Director/Marketer to lead and grow a hospice location in Midland, Texas. This role offers the opportunity to build a team, develop community partnerships, and make a significant impact on patients and families. The position comes with the support of an experienced Home Office team while allowing for autonomy in leading the local branch. Requirements

Minimum 2 years of hospice marketing experience required.
Proven ability to develop referral relationships and grow hospice census.
Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of a market.
Passion for providing exceptional end-of-life care.
Hospice Marketing – 2+ years.

Responsibilities

Build, lead, and develop your hospice team.
Establish and grow referral relationships with hospitals, facilities, physicians, and community partners.
Conduct community outreach and educate referral partners about hospice services.
Meet with patients and families to explain hospice care and services.
Partner with clinical leadership to ensure smooth transitions into hospice care.
Oversee daily branch operations, quality, and compliance.
Support hiring, onboarding, training, and development of your team.
Maintain strong relationships throughout the community.
Drive business development and sustainable census growth.
