About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Hospice Executive Director/Marketer to build and lead a hospice location, develop a team, foster community partnerships, and positively impact patients and families. Leaders at Concho Hearts Hospice receive support from an experienced Home Office team while maintaining autonomy to drive success in their location.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of hospice marketing experience required.
Proven ability to develop referral relationships and grow hospice census.
Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of a market.
Passion for providing exceptional end-of-life care.

Nice To Haves

Hospice operations and regulatory knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

Build, lead, and develop your hospice team.
Establish and grow referral relationships with hospitals, facilities, physicians, and community partners.
Conduct community outreach and educate referral partners about hospice services.
Meet with patients and families to explain hospice care and services.
Partner with clinical leadership to ensure smooth transitions into hospice care.
Oversee daily branch operations, quality, and compliance.
Support hiring, onboarding, training, and development of your team.
Maintain strong relationships throughout the community.
Drive business development and sustainable census growth.
