About The Position

Concho Hearts Hospice is seeking an experienced Hospice Executive Director/Marketer to lead and grow a new hospice location in Del Rio. This role offers the opportunity to build a team, develop community partnerships, and make a significant impact on patients and families. While leaders have the support of an experienced Home Office team, they also have the autonomy to manage and grow their location. Requirements

Minimum 2 years of hospice marketing experience required.
Proven ability to develop referral relationships and grow hospice census.
Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of a market.
Passion for providing exceptional end-of-life care.
Hospice marketing – 2+ years.

Hospice operations and regulatory knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

Build, lead, and develop your hospice team.
Establish and grow referral relationships with hospitals, facilities, physicians, and community partners.
Conduct community outreach and educate referral partners about hospice services.
Meet with patients and families to explain hospice care and services.
Partner with clinical leadership to ensure smooth transitions into hospice care.
Oversee daily branch operations, quality, and compliance.
Support hiring, onboarding, training, and development of your team.
Maintain strong relationships throughout the community.
Drive business development and sustainable census growth.
