About The Position

E SSENTIAL D UTIES AND R ESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned as necessary. Maintain relationships with all existing referral sources. Actively prospect for new referral sources based on the Agency’s scope of service Maintain commitment and accountability for meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual growth objectives. Drive patient census growth by utilizing relevant data to develop strategic sales plans for execution in given territory. Establish and maintain positive working relationships with current and potential referral and payer sources and clinical management teams and field staff. Work closely with Clinical Management teams and field staff to ensure that the demand for clinical care is aligned with our capacity and at no time compromises the Agency’s ability to provide the best quality care for our patients. Comply with Company’s Core Values and Core Competencies. Requirements

  • Healthcare sales preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of sales.
  • Understand and ensure total compliance with State and Federal rules and regulations.
  • Committed to providing highest-level customer service to our referral source, patients, and families.
  • Self-motivated and able to multi-task
  • Must have and maintain in good standing professional license, certificate, or registration, as applicable.
