Hospice Community Liaison
About The Position
Halcyon Home is seeking a compassionate, strategic, and community-driven Hospice Community Liaison in Temple, Texas. The role focuses on building relationships with clients, families, and referral sources; educating potential clients about private-pay home care services; and developing strategies to grow sales. The liaison conducts in-home assessments and collaborates with healthcare professionals to coordinate appropriate care. Requirements
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Deep understanding of senior care needs and resources available in Austin.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
Nice To Haves
- Sales experience in the senior care industry is preferred.
- Hospice sales experience is a plus.
