About The Position

Georgia Hospice Care is seeking an RN Clinical Supervisor to coordinate, supervise, and implement professional and supportive services for hospice patients in a safe, cost-effective manner. The supervisor oversees the care team, provides education and training on clinical practice and changes in regulations and reimbursement, and helps orient new employees. This role is a key member of the care team, ensuring patients receive high-quality care. The position offers access to a supportive leadership team and professional development opportunities with room for advancement. Pay is determined by years of experience and location.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
Current state license as a registered nurse.
A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to sit, stand, bend, and move intermittently.
Ability to lift at least 80–100 lbs and effectively bear the weight of an average adult.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
2–3 years of supervisory experience as a registered nurse in an appropriate clinical care setting, home health, or hospice environment preferred.
Clinical and supervisory knowledge and experience appropriate to the assigned supervision responsibilities.
