About The Position
Advantage Home Health and Hospice is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join its hospice care team in Pottsville, Pennsylvania. The role provides direct care in patients’ homes or facilities, offering comfort, dignity, and support to patients and their families during end-of-life care. The position works in coordination with the interdisciplinary hospice team and focuses on compassionate, patient-centered care.
Requirements
- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Valid driver's license and state-required auto insurance.
- Empathy and compassion for patients and their families.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Ability to provide physical and emotional comfort to people in need.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with the hospice care team.
- Understanding of end-of-life care principles.

Responsibilities
