About The Position

Advantage Home Health and Hospice is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join its hospice care team in Berks County, Pennsylvania. The role provides direct patient care in patients’ homes or facilities, offering comfort, dignity, and support to patients and their families during end-of-life care. The position involves assisting with daily living needs, pain management, and symptom control; providing companionship and emotional support; coordinating with the interdisciplinary hospice team; and maintaining a peaceful, comfortable environment. Requirements

Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
Valid driver's license and state-required auto insurance.
Empathy and compassion for patients and their families.
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Ability to provide physical and emotional comfort to those in need.
Ability to collaborate effectively with the hospice care team.

Nice To Haves

Understanding of end-of-life care principles; hospice experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
