About The Position

Advantage Home Health and Hospice is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join its hospice care team in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. The role provides patient care in homes and facilities, offering comfort, dignity, and support to patients and their families during end-of-life care. The territory includes Coraopolis, Cranberry, Sewickley, and surrounding areas. The position involves helping patients with daily living needs, pain management, and symptom control; providing companionship and emotional support; coordinating with the interdisciplinary hospice team; documenting care; and advocating for patients and families. Requirements

Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
Valid driver's license and state-required auto insurance.
A deep sense of empathy and compassion for patients and their families.
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Ability to provide physical and emotional comfort to those in need.
Collaboration skills to work effectively with the hospice care team.

Responsibilities
