About The Position
Full-time position Location: Gap, PA; Kansas City, MO; Mount Carmel, IL Schedule and Shift Details: 7 days on followed by 7 days off: Mon-Thurs: 5P to 8A; Friday- Sunday: 8A to 8A (would more the less be a on call position during the weekends) - (2) holidays per year – 1 summer & 1 winter; 3 floating holidays Join our client's extraordinary care team as a Hospice After Hours RN and make a difference in patients' lives. Requirements
- Associate degree or higher
- Hospice (2+ years)
- 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following: Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Other EMR TruChart EHR
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) certification/license in the state of Missouri (MO)
- Valid Driver's License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Auto Insurance
Responsibilities
- Provide management and delivery of patient care plans
- Support patients in Glen Carbon and surrounding areas
- Reward the accomplishment of key achievements during the first year
